Myer is looking for an eCommerce Specialist – Promotions to drive the tactical execution of its online retail strategy. This role focuses on boosting immediate sales, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering short-term eCommerce projects. The successful candidate will support the eCommerce Promotions Lead in managing the daily execution of pricing and promotional campaigns on the Myer website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure all promotional activities align with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless, customer-centric online shopping experience.

About the role:

  • Coordinate and execute promotional activity on all eCommerce channels
  • Work with internal teams to ensure all promotions are loaded in a timely manner, communicating any deadline requirements and providing feedback where offers cannot be supported (governance and previewing)
  • Preview all upcoming offers and resolve any potential issues, working with internal teams on required changes to deliver the best promotional experience and optimal linking strategy to customers
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in their understanding of online promotional execution, providing additional training and resources as required whilst setting clear expectations of online requirements
  • Triage and resolve real-time pricing errors, compliance issues and emergency adjustments in a timely manner, working with internal teams as required
  • Execute navigational menu changes in line with trade strategy and promotional periods
  • Execute attribute changes and creations to support key trade strategies

About you:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in WCS or similar commerce platform required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Customer driven with a strong service focus.
