ABOUT THE JOB

• Work with the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, SkinCeuticals, to deliver exceptional client results
• Confidently conduct skin consultations and prescribe the best treatment and homecare plan
• Excel at developing client relationships and managing appointment bookings, rebooking’s and client reconnection and outreach
• Have a good understanding of skincare ingredients and formulations and are confident in making recommendations
• Maintain all visual merchandising standards and always ensure a strong representation of the SkinCeuticals brand
• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the SkinCeuticals counter
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to a collaborative culture and support your team to achieve group and individual goals

ABOUT YOU

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty
• Experience in providing facial services is preferred
• Proactive in re-booking/upselling and retailing
• You have a minimum of one year previous sales experience
• You have a passion for skincare, and the aesthetics industry
• You are a self-starter and thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• You possess great relationship building skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed
• You are excited by achieving growth and delivering strong results
