About the role:

Love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and strive to achieve a high level of accuracy? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Coordinator to join our team and support the seamless flow of product from suppliers to stores on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and rest of the Dress and Knitwear product team supporting the entire department to deliver great product, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
• Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration tasks including ensuring invoices are approved without delay and tracking offshore orders are shipped on time
• Range plan and Purchase Order maintenance
• Liaising with Product Manager to manage samples for online, marketing shoots and VM handovers
• Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules daily
• Providing a key link between department and supplier
• Proactively chase deliveries, update early/late deliveries and action redirections as required

Supply Administration

• Ensure administration tasks related to the supply coordinator position are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Complete costings and cost adjustments forms when required
• Order price tickets as part of purchase order creation
• Email OTB reports and delivery schedules (on a Friday)
• Maintain and update attributes for the website
• Enter & maintain internet descriptions

Contribution and Communication Across the Business

• Build and maintain relationships with agents and suppliers to ensure constant and open communication
• Develop and maintain relationships with both the shipping and merchandising teams
• Provide support to the Product Manager, Product Coordinator and Planner for the day to day running of the Department.
• Liaise with other members of Operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with the Allocations Department when necessary to ensure stock is in the correct stores.
• Communicate with Products Manager / Coordinator on all shipping, allocation, packing changes/ issues
• Manage customer feedback emails
• Manage samples for promotions, internet and VM

What you’ll bring

• Fashion Retail Product Coordinator / Supply Coordinator experience
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Supplier liaison skills
• Experience in working in a team environment
• Understanding of Fashion, Design, Garment Construction is preferrable
• Confident working with Microsoft software specifically Excel
