About the role:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalised skincare consultations and beauty advice
• Build strong client relationships through expert knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up service
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting overall business objectives
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including skincare, body care, and make-up, through ongoing training
• Promote Clarins’ values and plant-based philosophy with confidence and authenticity
• Ensure counter presentation is clean, inviting, and aligned with Clarins visual merchandising guidelines
• Participate in events, activations, and launches, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction
• Support stock management processes, including receiving, replenishing, and accurate product handling
• Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter culture
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards, representing the elegance and professionalism of the Clarins brand
