In this role, you will play a key part in building strong customer relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You will succeed in this role with your ability to consistently meet sales targets and provide knowledgeable tailored product advice. 

Logistics Team Members, you will be based at the Loading Dock, where you will ensure the delivery of the merchandise flow is safely received from stock room to the floor throughout the store. With your attention to detail and planning skills, you will ensure the process of shipments are delivered and stock records are maintained.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours which includes weekdays, weekends and peak trading times.

Your background:

• Strong sales focus with demonstrated ability to deliver results, ideally within a retail ‘big box’ environment 
• Experience in Loading Dock, Logistics or Replenishment procedures will be advantageous
• Strong commitment to undertaking and promoting safe work practices
• A polished, customer centric and proactive approach to customer service 
• Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration with your team, store leadership and customers 
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, demonstrate initiative and navigate challenges with composure and professionalism
• A genuine passion for retail!
