The Online team at MyerGroup is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support the eCommerce business by ensuring a seamless customer journey. The eCommerce Coordinator will manage daily website operations and contribute to the flawless execution of the trade calendar, ensuring that customers can easily search for, find, and purchase products.

 

About the role:

  • Assist in coordinating and briefing weekly website content to align with the trade calendar and optimisations, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Assist with post-launch testing to verify the accuracy of content, links, and promotions.
  • Optimise search functions and product merchandising to boost sales and conversion rates in assigned categories.
  • Monitor category performance, providing actionable insights and collaborating with the eCommerce Manager to drive sales growth on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Partner with the enrichment team to ensure new products are live according to launch schedules, while also reviewing and recommending updates to filtering, attributes, and product categorisation to enhance category performance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, review analytics, and evaluate the on-site experience to recommend improvements and enhance category performance.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure relevant links are tested and support a seamless customer journey.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, workplace programs and operational changes, ensuring processes are embedded effectively.

 

 

About you:

 

  • Proven experience in eCommerce or merchandise roles, preferably within the retail sector is ideal.
  • Formal qualifications in eCommerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A genuine passion for eCommerce and delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with both internal and external teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused when responding to enquiries, issues or changing priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support changing business and workplace requirements.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, security and workplace experience.
