The Retail Operations team is seeking a Retail VM Manager – Myer Exclusive Brands to manage and deliver all Visual Merchandising communication tools and support teams in translating each brands vision consistently across all touchpoints.

About the role:

• Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of resources and guidelines that enable retail teams to confidently interpret and consistently execute each brand’s vision, strategy and visual standards.
• Drive consistent execution of visual standards across all stores, ensuring each brand is presented in line with its identity, guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Mentor and support the VM team to deliver on the retail VM operations standard for each MEB.
• Provide feedback to GMs of stores and VM managers to ensure opportunities are addressed and stores are supported in delivering outcomes required.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve innovative creative outcomes.
• Results driven and able to complete work in a timely manner to expected standards and deadlines.
• Work autonomously and use sound judgment, logic and relevant comparisons to evaluate information and identify solutions.
• Consistently look at issues from the eye of the customer with strong customer outcomes focus.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
• Maximises opportunities to save costs without compromising outcomes.
