Myer is looking for an Inventory Fulfilment Planner to join the Merchandise Planning function and ensure stock is optimally positioned and managed across stores, distribution centres, and online channels to meet customer demand, availability targets, and operational efficiency goals. This role supports seamless customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes by collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Online Fulfilment teams.

About the role

  • Develop and execute replenishment plans across stores, DCs, and Online
  • Maintain optimal stock levels based on forecasts, promotions, and channel needs
  • Adjust inventory positioning to reduce stockouts and improve fulfilment speed
  • Align product allocation with fulfilment strategy to maximise service and productivity
  • Monitor replenishment triggers and exception reports to ensure effective stock flow
  • Support stock transfers and reallocation between fulfilment locations
  • Plan inventory for promotional and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with Planning and Buying teams to phase intake in line with trade calendars
  • Track fulfilment KPIs and respond to any risks
  • Analyse performance and recommend improvements
  • Produce dashboards and reports for inventory and merchandise teams
  • Ensure inventory decisions align with financial goals and operational constraints
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small team of Fulfilment Analysts

About you

  • 3–5 years’ experience in inventory planning, fulfilment, or supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel inventory flow and replenishment strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Relex, JDA)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Background in retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environments
  • Familiarity with click & collect, ship-from-store, or DC fulfilment models
  • Understanding of promotional and seasonal merchandise flow
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
