What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Retail business unit is seeking an experienced Network Supervisor, based predominantly at Larapinta, with occasional support required at Acacia Ridge and Heathwood. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day transport operations for one of Australia’s leading retailers—driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting a high-performing team. This is a full-time position operating Monday to Friday, with flexibility required across AM and PM hours. Key areas:

  • Lead and mentor a team of drivers to ensure operational excellence and high performance.
  • Manage daily transport operations, including fleet utilisation, load planning, and dispatch coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with fatigue management, COR, and safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in scheduling and route optimisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.

Are you the one?

We're looking for experienced transport professionals with a background in operations, scheduling, or fleet management. Training and support will be provided for the right candidate. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in transport supervision, fleet management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Brisbane metro transport operations and scheduling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, transport management systems).
