What does the job look like?

Step into a high-impact role as our Regional Manager – VIC, driving performance across the Woolworths Online contract. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end operations, owning everything from customer relationships and financial results to safety, compliance, and strategic growth. This is your chance to lead a high-performing team to success. Key areas:

  • Champion and drive a strong culture of safety across the region
  • Own financial performance through accurate reporting, cost control, and budget management
  • Strengthen partnerships by building trusted relationships with key customers and subcontractors
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities that improve efficiency and enhance service delivery
  • Oversee site performance through regular audits, fleet management, and tracking service-level KPIs
  • Be on the ground and in the know – travel across the region to support teams, drive performance, and stay connected

With your financial acumen, subcontractor know-how, and commitment to safety and compliance, you’ll lead the way in delivering outstanding results for Woolworths Online.   • Previous experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in full P&L ownership and performance reporting
  • Skilled in data analysis to uncover trends, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with a history of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Experience in managing subcontractors is highly valued
