What does the job look like?

The Government and Defence Business Unit is seeking an Administrator to join a dynamic team based at Head Office in Essendon Fields on a seven month contract. Reporting directly to HR, you will provide professional administrative services and project support. Key areas:

  • Drafting and review of internal and external documentation and associated workflow
  • Provide administration support to new projects and ad-hoc administration duties
  • Process expenses and support procurement and travel activities
  • Event management including arranging and hosting of meetings and conferences.

Are you the one?

You are a team player that can manage various stakeholders and prioritise tasks against tight deadlines. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in an administration role including report preparation, meeting and diary coordination
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills and the ability to ensure each day runs seamlessly
  • Ability to balance priorities, meet tight or competing deadlines, manage ad-hoc projects and tasks and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness, integrity and discretion with highly sensitive information
  • Highly proficient with the MS Office suite; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
