What does the job look like?

As a Warehouse Solutions Test Analyst within Linfox’s IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of warehouse management and supply chain applications across the Warehouse Solutions portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on manual and automated testing across SAP EWM, SAP WM, Paperless WMS and warehouse automation solutions. You will work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders to identify defects early and ensure system releases meet agreed quality and testing standards.

You will be part of a collaborative, delivery‑focused environment supporting business‑critical warehouse solutions across the Linfox network.

This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing end‑to‑end manual testing of warehouse management and supply chain systems
• Designing, reviewing and executing test scenarios, test cases and test scripts
• Developing, maintaining and executing automated test scripts for regression and integration testing
• Supporting system, integration, UAT, regression and release testing activities
• Logging, tracking and managing defects through to closure
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, developers and Test Managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Contributing to test reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and testing standards
• Supporting test data creation, environment readiness and execution planning

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise system testing
• Strong hands‑on experience testing SAP EWM or warehouse management systems
• Experience across both manual testing and test automation
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a quality‑first mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
