What does the job look like?

An exciting opportunity exists for a Pallet Controller to join our Bevchain Team in Maddington WA. This is a Permanent Fulltime opportunity and will be reporting to the Inventory Supervisor. You will be responsible overseeing daily load compilations for our customer deliveries, track pallet movements, conduct monthly stocktakes, manage shortfalls and generate reports. Hours are Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM with the flexibility to work one Saturday per month as required. Key Areas:

  • Strong participation and commitment to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
  • Manage weekly pallet counts.
  • Conduct monthly onsite pallet counts and reconcile customer accounts at month end.
  • Ensure process compliance and follow through with documentation and reporting.
  • Drive clear, effective communications with the Warehouse and Transport teams.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions as required in line with Bevchain guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, both written and verbally.

Are you the one?

 You can demonstrate:

  • Strong adherence and understanding of Safety Standards and COR requirements.
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal and attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to business software and technology – on the job training provided.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills ie Excel, Microsoft.
  • Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels.
  • Previous experience and/or inventory experience in a similar environment desirable.
