What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking reliable and experienced HC drivers based at Laverton North for single trailer bulk fuel movements and deliveries in the Melbourne metro area.  We have multiple permanent full-time positions, on both 12 and 13 shift rotating roster patterns that would see you do 12 hour shifts with am and pm start times. Key areas:

• Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
• Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
• Safely follow loading and unloading procedures to ensure accurate deliveries
• Providing excellent customer service and representing Linfox in a professional manner
• Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

Are you the one?

You are an experienced heavy vehicle driver with a strong commitment to safety. You can demonstrate:

• HC license and experience driving in Melbourne metro area, ideally with bulk fuel or DGs
• Dangerous Goods (DG) license essential; Safe Load Pass (SLP) preferred
• Current terminal inductions are highly regarded
• Ability to work rotating shifts and commitment to manage fatigue
• Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills
