About the Role

Step into our newly refitted, spacious store at Harbourtown DFO, and take the lead in one of South Australia’s highest turnover locations. As Senior Store Manager, you'll oversee a large-format store with a 26-member team, including two Assistant Store Managers and a dedicated Stock Lead reporting directly to you.

This is a high-profile role, ideal for an experienced retail leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll drive strategy, performance, and people development, all while delivering the warm and playful Peter Alexander experience our customers know and love.

This is a Full-Time position, requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

• Lead and empower a large, diverse team to exceed sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence.

• Coach and mentor your leadership team – including 2 ASMs – to foster a strong culture of performance, accountability, and team spirit.

• Drive commercial results by effectively managing high stock volumes and minimising shrinkage.

• Bring the brand to life through visual merchandising and creative, inspiring in-store experiences.

• Create efficient rosters to meet business needs while supporting team wellbeing.

• Maintain high standards across stock, presentation, and customer service to deliver a premium retail experience.
