About the role

Walk through our pink doors and into the magical world of Peter Alexander as a Full-Time Co-Manager in our Joondalup store – one of our busiest, high-turnover locations. With a three-tiered management structure supporting 24 dedicated team members, you’ll be a central point of leadership, especially when the Store Manager is off-site or on leave.

About the Role

In this dynamic and high-volume environment, you’ll partner closely with the SM and ASM to:

• Lead and inspire a large team to consistently exceed KPIs and deliver a joyful, customer-first experience.

• Step into the lead management role when the Store Manager is away – making key decisions and driving daily operations.

• Support and mentor a team of 24, developing future leaders and building team capability.

• Maintain store standards through strong visual merchandising, stock flow and loss prevention practices.

• Own operational efficiency – including rostering, task delegation, and floor coordination during high-traffic periods.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous leadership experience in apparel or high-volume retail.

• Confidence managing a large team in a fast-paced store environment.

• Strong operational skills – from managing high stock volumes to delivering visual merchandising excellence.

• The ability to step up and lead with autonomy when required.
