About the Role
We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Peter Alexander team! This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in product coordination, attention detail and demonstrate your passion for great product.
Reporting into the Senior Product Manager, this role will touch all aspects of production, including involvement in development of product, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and administration of purchase orders within the knitwear category!
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
- Providing a key link between the production department and supply chain
- Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Managing the critical path and associated administration
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Manage flow of samples
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Buyers Assistant, Supply Coordinator or an administration role within a buying/product team
- Experience using Illustrator/Indesign
- Skilled at Excel
- Great attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
