Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

About the Opportunity

Join the Peter Alexander team as a Full-time Warehouse Team Leader at our Distribution Centre in Otahuhu! We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader to guide our warehouse operations and help deliver the sleepwear and lifestyle products our customers love across New Zealand.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, support your team, and contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity targets

• Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Maintain high quality standards and ensure accurate order fulfilment

• Train, coach, and develop team members

• Work with management to improve processes and drive operational efficiency

• Ensure a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment

• Manage escalated operational issues and support problem resolution

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience, with leadership responsibility

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a diverse team

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Flexibility to adapt during peak periods

• Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred)

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
