We're incredibly excited to be opening our first-ever Peter Alexander store in the Hamilton Region, we are looking for an experienced fashion Retail Store Manager to lead this exciting new chapter. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand-new team, create an incredible store culture from day one, and make your mark by bringing the Peter Alexander experience to a whole new community in THE BASE!

ABOUT THE JOB
This 40 hours per week role is for our next Store Manager, who will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

As the founding Store Manager of our newest location, you'll play a key role in launching the store, setting the standard for excellence, and leading your team through an exciting new store opening. If you thrive on building high-performing teams and love the buzz of opening something new, this opportunity is for you.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Peter Alexander customer.  In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in developing and coaching a team 
• Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail - essential
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
• Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
• Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets
