ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Online Merchandise Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team! Responsible for your own brand website, you will maximise conversion rates and online sales as well as build enhanced product content.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Maintain the websites including product catalogue management and merchandising
• Execute online promotional activities to ensure websites are aligned with store activity
• Drive sales, conversion and revenue by effectively merchandising products helping customers navigate to the right products quickly and easily
• Analyse and present key eCommerce metrics to make merchandising decisions and increase sales online
• Monitoring customer fulfillment and follow up 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an Online Merchandise Coordinator or similar eCommerce role
• Strong eCommerce and merchandising skills, including site merchandising and adding products to a high-volume catalogue 
• Retail background is highly desirable – ideally from a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with reporting and analytics
• Experience with Shopify is a bonus
