About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for 15 replacement Warehouse Assistant positions on a three-month fixed term basis to support the business during the upcoming peak period.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the success of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. These roles will be based out of our DC in Truganina, Victoria.

Responsibilities 

• Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations
• Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers
• Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas
• Basic operation of VDU or similar equipment
• Periodic stock-checks
• Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment
• Use of non licensed material handling equipment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all departments
• A proactive approach to collaboration, working closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and outstanding customer satisfaction
• A strong commitment to safety, following all Occupational Health & Safety standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Attention to detail through consistent use of quality control procedures, helping us maintain the high standards for our customers
