ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a passionate Regional Manager to oversee 10-12 stores across Sydney South and manage our ACT stores remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience at a Regional/Area Manager level to lead a thriving, dynamic region.

DUTIES

  • Driving the achievement of store operating profit targets
  • Inspiring and leading a team of Store Managers to success
  • Attracting, recruiting, and nurturing top talent for the team
  • Analyzing data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
  • Effectively managing store expenses to stay within set budgets
  • Promoting our brand’s values through exceptional staff and store presentation
  • Ensuring stores meet and exceed Visual Merchandising standards
  • Collaborating with the Loss Prevention Manager to reduce shrinkage
  • Fostering a high-performance team through ongoing development and support
