The Opportunity
We are seeking two Senior Business Analysts to drive strategic business analysis solutions that support the University’s objectives. This role focuses on identifying business improvement opportunities, assessing change impacts, conducting process modeling, and ensuring effective implementation while guiding stakeholders through the change process.
As part of the Student Management System Transformation Project (SMST) project, you will provide expert business analysis and insights to support the implementation of a new student management system. Additionally, you will contribute to strengthening business analysis capability by embedding best practices and optimising work approaches within the Enterprise Systems domain.
As the successful candidate, you will have extensive experience in business analysis, IT infrastructure, and service delivery. With strong planning and leadership skills, you can manage priorities, support teams through change, and drive process improvements.
Your ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders ensures effective collaboration, while your analytical expertise allows you to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Additionally, your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to convey insights clearly and provide insights and advice.
