The Opportunity
The Student Support and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality student services within the Arts Faculty. The role drives excellence across the student lifecycle, supporting both students and staff through initiatives that enhance engagement, progression, and overall academic experience, while contributing to the effective functioning of the Faculty’s student-focused programs and activities.
The Student Support and Engagement Coordinator role provides high-quality administrative and student-focused services across the Arts Faculty. You will manage and coordinate student lifecycle activities, deliver advice and guidance to stakeholders, contribute to committees and operational planning, support engagement initiatives such as orientation and industry experiences, and undertake data analysis and reporting. You will also drive continuous improvement and foster partnerships to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate exceptional expertise with a proven ability to develop and implement efficient processes and systems. You will possess advanced planning, time management, and organisational capabilities, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly developed communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with extensive experience in front-line educational services and proficiency in a range of digital and web-based systems, will enable you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
