The Opportunity
The Curriculum, Governance and Quality Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development, delivery and continuous improvement of the faculty’s undergraduate and graduate coursework programs. This position plays a critical role in strengthening curriculum quality, ensuring governance compliance, and supporting excellence in academic program management within a dynamic and student-focused education portfolio.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership across curriculum, governance, and quality assurance activities within the Faculty’s education portfolio. You will oversee a high-performing team, coordinate curriculum compliance and accreditation processes, manage complex teaching timetables, and deliver expert advice on academic integrity, course development, and educational governance, ensuring alignment with institutional policies, regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
As the successful candidate, you will bring extensive experience in operational and staff management within complex or matrix organisational structures, along with strong expertise in policy interpretation and implementation. You will demonstrate advanced planning and resource management capabilities, with a proven ability to develop effective solutions to complex challenges. Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills are essential, enabling you to influence, negotiate and build consensus with senior stakeholders while maintaining a clear focus on service excellence.
