About the project 

Monash University is implementing Nimbus, a new time and attendance system that will transform how the University manages workforce engagement, scheduling, and compliance with pay and entitlements. 

Nimbus will enable administrators to build compliant rosters, correctly apply staff entitlements, and meet the diverse scheduling needs across University operations. This project represents a significant step towards enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in workforce management. 

The project is a collaboration between eSolutions and HR, with HR as a key stakeholder in ensuring the system supports the University’s workforce compliance and operational needs. 

About the opportunity 

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officers to join the Nimbus Implementation team. These roles will be based within the HR Workforce Analytics and Business Improvements team, working closely with project and HR stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout and adoption of the new system. 

As a member of this dedicated support team, you will: 

  • Provide frontline support to users and respond to enquiries. 
  • Assist with data entry, validation, and troubleshooting activities. 
  • Support testing, training, and communication activities. 
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge documentation. 

About you 

You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a collaborative approach. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving project environment, demonstrating flexibility in managing shifting priorities and supporting a wide range of project activities. 

You will: 

  • Have 2–3 days (or equivalent) availability between now and the end of Semester Two, 2025 (19 Nov 2025)
  • Have full-time availability from the end of Semester Two, 2025 until the end of April 2026.
