The Opportunity

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Content Strategy to lead the charge in shaping and executing content strategies that elevate Monash’s brand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Director, Content, Strategy, Design and Delivery, you’ll lead a talented team of content coordinators and collaborate across UMAC, faculties, and portfolios to ensure our content is purposeful, data-informed, and aligned with strategic priorities.
This is your chance to play a key role in operationalising Monash’s brand new hub. You’ll help establish the workflows, governance, and systems that enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality content creation and distribution across the University.

About You
If you possess any of the following skills, we want to hear from you:

A proven track record in content strategy development and execution within a complex organisation

Proven experience leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive key measurable business outcomes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable content plans

Experience with digital content platforms, SEO, analytics tools and multimedia production workflows

Experience in operationalising content hubs or centralised content systems within large organisations

Experience working collaboratively with faculties and academic stakeholders to deliver integrated content outcomes

Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
