The finance portfolio plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategy, driving commercial insight, and enabling informed decision-making across this complex global enterprise.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice-President, the Executive Director, Financial Planning and Analysis provides strategic financial leadership across Monash’s global operations.

Leading a team of finance professionals, you will enhance financial planning, reporting, analysis and performance frameworks; develop the University’s long-term financial model; and embed best practice across budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, research revenue reporting and analysis.

This role will lead financial planning and analytics transformation, improving forecast accuracy, leveraging analytics and data insights, and building a culture of informed, insight-led decision-making.
