The Opportunity

Three exciting Teaching Fellow opportunities are available across the School of Curriculum, Teaching and Inclusive Education, the School of Education, Culture and Society, and the School of Educational Psychology and Counselling. These positions will contribute to strengthening innovation and scholarly engagement across the program.

As a Teaching Fellow, you will support the University’s commitment to excellence in learning and teaching by delivering high-quality educational experiences and fostering continuous improvement in academic practice. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of teaching and learning activities, including lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions.

You will design, deliver and evaluate educational activities, provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and contribute to curriculum and assessment development. In addition, you will maintain records of scholarly activity, participate in faculty initiatives, and undertake research and administrative responsibilities that support the ongoing advancement of educational excellence.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a strong record of teaching and assessment experience in a tertiary environment and demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, preferably within higher education. You will have a solid understanding of scholarly activity that informs teaching practice, knowledge of industry needs and employability requirements, and the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. You will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a university setting.
