The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Student Experience and Academic Services Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering a wide range of student and academic services within the Faculty. The role oversees the student lifecycle from admission to graduation, including student enquiries via Salesforce, the learning management system, the clinical program, and assessment processes.

The position coordinates a large team to ensure key processes are delivered on time, service standards are met, and continuous improvements are made to student and academic administrative services. Strong relationships are maintained with Faculty and central stakeholders, working closely with the Education Services Manager, Associate Dean (Education), and the Governance, Curriculum and Quality Manager to support high-quality outcomes for students and staff.

As the successful candidate, you will possess demonstrated experience in operations management, including leading and developing client services teams to deliver high levels of service. You will bring strong leadership capability with experience in change management and business transformation, supported by excellent planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will have highly developed consulting, interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and prepare high-quality professional documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.
