This position will coordinate a wide range of administrative functions, including course and student administration, minor thesis processes, committee support and student recruitment activities. It manages enrolments, assessments, examinations and completions, maintain accurate records and data systems and ensures administrative processes meet agreed standards, timeframes and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a candidate with strong project and administrative experience, supported by relevant qualifications or equivalent experience. The role requires excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex processes and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic academic environment.
