The Opportunity
The Research Officer supports the operations of the XYX Lab by delivering high-quality research, design, and administrative assistance that contributes to gender-sensitive and inclusive placemaking outcomes. Working under the guidance of the Professor of the area, the role helps coordinate codesign activities, develop bespoke materials and surveys, and assist with data collection, analysis, and research documentation.
The position involves a variety of tasks including scheduling workshops and bookings, designing presentations and research materials, preparing questionnaires, and supporting literature reviews, architectural case studies, and project reporting. The Research Officer ensures all activities follow established research methodologies, policies, and safety requirements.
