The Opportunity

Join Monash University as an Assessment Timetabling Coordinator and play an important role in supporting the delivery of assessment scheduling across a global academic environment. Working within Online Assessment and Integrity Services (OASIS), you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure accurate, timely and well-organised exam timetables across multiple teaching periods and campuses.

This position will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of assessment timetables, ensuring accurate data entry and calendar management within key systems. You will support operational planning through contributions to meetings and working groups, while delivering high-quality administrative coordination for scheduling processes. The role also involves routine data analysis and reporting, providing practical advice to staff, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working collaboratively across faculties and central teams, you will help ensure assessment scheduling aligns with university policies, timelines and service standards.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administrative skills and experience working with timetabling or student management systems such as Callista or Banner, Exam Scheduler and Allocate Plus, or similar. You will have demonstrated strong planning and organisational skills, paired with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving capability will support accurate data management and issue resolution, while your proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office will ensure efficient delivery of reporting and coordination tasks.
