The Opportunity

Join one of Australia’s leading pharmaceutical research institutes and contribute to a globally significant research initiative.

The Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS) is seeking multiple Level A Research Fellows to join a major program (>$20M) funded by the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). This ambitious program focuses on lymphatic pathophysiology and the development of innovative drug delivery strategies targeting complex diseases.

As a Research Fellow, you will contribute to the University’s research mission while advancing your own expertise through clearly defined, high-impact projects. Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will investigate the role of the lymphatic system in metabolic, inflammatory diseases, and cancer.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop novel lymphatic-targeted therapeutics aimed at restoring physiological function
  • Evaluate pharmacokinetics, lymphatic uptake, and therapeutic efficacy of next-generation drug delivery systems
  • Contribute to translational research outcomes with real-world clinical potential
  • Collaborate across disciplines within a dynamic and high-performing research environment

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge research program with significant global impact, while building your research profile within a world-class institution.
