The Opportunity

Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team where your expertise will directly support the delivery of innovative business systems solutions. As a Business Systems Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with leadership, you will provide a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to ensure the seamless management of systems, projects, and processes that underpin high-quality service delivery.

This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating complex administrative processes, systems, and projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed standards and timeframes. You will play a key role in inputting and analysing data, maintaining robust practices around security, storage, and reporting, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, quality assurance, and customer service outcomes. In addition, you will provide high-level system support and timely issue resolution, offer specialist advice to stakeholders, and contribute to policy development, governance, reporting, and change management activities. Through building strong, collaborative relationships, you will help drive efficient, responsive, and high-quality service delivery across the team.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administrative capabilities and a proven ability to design and implement effective systems and processes. You will bring strong communication skills, enabling you to engage diverse stakeholders and navigate complex issues with confidence. A commitment to outstanding customer service, combined with advanced technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems, is essential. You will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively, while working both independently and collaboratively. A proactive approach to continuous improvement will be key to your success.
