The Opportunity
Drive excellence in student and academic services with a role that sits at the heart of university operations. As an Administrative Officer, Student & Academic Services, you’ll deliver high-quality, professional administrative support across the full student lifecycle—from recruitment and Open Day coordination to admissions, enrolments, and course administration. You’ll play a key role in academic progress and results management, including Board of Examiners support, while ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and seamless service delivery across all programs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering efficient processes and outstanding customer service. We’re seeking a capable and motivated professional with excellent communication and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced computer literacy across platforms such as Microsoft Office.
Experience within a university environment—particularly Monash administration experience—and familiarity with systems such as Callista and UniCRM will be highly regarded.
