This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will design, integrate and optimise a modern marketing technology stack spanning MarTech, AdTech, WebTech and automation platforms. You will ensure systems are not only connected, but engineered for scale, performance and data-driven personalisation.
Working closely with central IT (eSolutions), you will lead the delivery of integrated platforms including CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, DAM and web systems. Your focus will be on building seamless, governed and high-performing digital infrastructure that enables personalised, compliant and measurable audience experiences.
You will also play a key role in shaping how technology is governed, secured and operationalised across the marketing function, ensuring strong standards across privacy, identity, access, tagging and experimentation. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving integration challenges and can translate technical capability into marketing impact.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team across marketing technology domains, uplift capability across the function and act as the critical bridge between technical delivery and marketing outcomes.
