The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Coordinator to support the Parenting and Youth Mental Health Research Group and the delivery of the Partners in Parenting program. This position plays a key role in coordinating complex research and clinical trial activities, ensuring projects are well planned, governed, and delivered in line with agreed protocols, standards, and timeframes. The role supports high-quality project delivery across research activities that underpin mental health and parenting program outcomes.

The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive project support, including assisting with project scoping and planning, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and committees. The role also contributes to meetings and governance processes, supports supervision and guidance of staff where required, and acts as a key liaison point for project matters, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across the research team and partners.

We are seeking someone with a Psychology degree or a relevant field, and experience in clinical trial or project coordination, or equivalent experience in mental health or digital intervention research. Strong capability in coordinating complex clinical trials, working with web-based systems and programmers, and using research tools such as REDCap is also essential. Well-developed analytical, technical, and data skills, along with demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects, will be highly regarded.

Join a collaborative research environment and apply your skills to support impactful mental health and parenting research outcomes—this is a great opportunity and we look forward to receiving your application.
