The Opportunity

The Graduate Development Coordinator provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support Student Services strategies, programs and initiatives. This includes supporting the Graduate Development team by planning, coordinating and undertaking a range of student career and development services such as: one-on-one career coaching; cohort focused events; extracurricular student enhancement activities, presenting and facilitating program activities, and industry and professional seminars. The position also provides support to projects and events and undertakes a variety of general administrative duties to meet the operational demands of the Graduate Development team.

The Graduate Development Coordinator operates with excellence in process and judgement to provide sound and timely advice and support to clients, staff and other stakeholders.

This role will also require occasional evening work in support of student programs, events, and activities.

About You 

The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong administration and organisational skills, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. They excel in problem solving, communication, and have experience in careers advisory within a tertiary education context. Additionally, the ideal candidate will stay informed about current trends in student employability and graduate outcomes and are proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office.
