The Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences (MNHS) Faculty Office is seeking to appoint an experienced Research Administrative Officer to provide high-quality research administration support that enables the delivery of initiatives and programs supporting the growth and development of researchers and research activity across the Faculty. This role will play an important part in coordinating research support services, including the administration of internal grant schemes and awards, supporting major grant and fellowship application initiatives, and contributing to activities that strengthen research capability.

Working closely with researchers, professional staff and senior leaders, this position will also coordinate a range of research-related activities, including workshops, seminars and events, prepare reports and documentation, analyse data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an individual with a relevant degree and demonstrated experience in research administration within the higher education sector, supported by strong project coordination, analytical and communication skills. You will also have the ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, apply data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, and quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.

If you are passionate about supporting research excellence through effective administration and collaboration, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity within the MNHS Faculty Office.
