The Opportunity
The RSV Monitoring and Evaluation Project Officer will provide high-level project coordination and administrative support to enable the successful delivery of projects under the RSV Tender with the Commonwealth Government. Working closely with project partners and stakeholders, including government and subcontractors, you will coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables and timelines, and support the development of project documentation, reports, briefings and presentations.
This role will also act as a key liaison point for project progress and objectives, providing sound and timely advice, contributing to the resolution of project-related issues. You will build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups, support project committees and meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and systems.
As the successful candidate, you will bring strong project coordination, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will demonstrate sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to research, analyse information and provide practical solutions to project-related issues. Experience preparing reports, briefings and presentations, and supporting project governance, committees or meetings will be highly valued.
