The Opportunity
This is a senior enterprise leadership opportunity to shape Monash Group’s most critical cyber security, infrastructure and technology transformation priorities.
As a Program Director – Cyber & Infrastructure Strategic Program Delivery, you will lead a high-value portfolio of enterprise-critical initiatives spanning cyber uplift, infrastructure modernisation, operational resilience, identity, platforms and strategic technology enablement.
You will shape investment, prioritisation, sequencing, risk and delivery strategy, providing trusted advice to executives and governance bodies to drive enterprise value and measurable outcomes.
You will lead a high-performing multidisciplinary delivery function, strengthen portfolio and governance capability, and leverage AI, automation and data-driven practices to enhance execution and organisational performance.
Partnering with the GCISO & Head of Infrastructure Strategy, you will influence strategic planning, transformation and executive decision-making, helping shape the future of cyber security and infrastructure across Monash Group.
About You:

You bring extensive experience leading enterprise technology portfolios and transformation within complex organisations, with strong expertise across cyber security, infrastructure and strategic delivery.

You are a confident executive influencer and strategic leader, with a proven ability to lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex stakeholder and governance environments.

You bring strong commercial, financial, portfolio and risk management capability, alongside a contemporary understanding of delivery, benefits realisation, AI and automation.

You are an exceptional strategic thinker and communicator, able to navigate ambiguity, shape decisions and drive enterprise-wide outcomes
