The Capital Projects creates significant value to MMG by oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects related to roads, earthworks, and civil engineering.

We are pleased to advise that we seek a Construction Supervisor, Based in Khoemacau Mine and reporting to KCM Early Works Manager, the purpose of this job is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a particular focus on roads and earthworks. To be considered, candidates must have

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, construction engineering management or related majors from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Holders of China Registered Constructor (Level 1/2) or Registered Safety Engineer qualification are preferred.
• International certification: PMP, IPMA and other international project management certifications are preferred, and China Project Management Professional (CPMP) qualification is recognized.
• Safety compliance: Familiar with China's safety production standards (AQ standards) and local HSE regulations in Africa, and hold HSE related certificates (such as registered safety engineers) recognized in China or internationally.
