As a Graphic Designer within 1house, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver creative solutions for collateral across print and digital channels, ensuring designs align with brand standards and client briefs.
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop compelling designs for social media, print campaigns, and digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Proactively organise tasks and workflows using project management tools such as Asana, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently.
• Utilise a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain and manage creative assets.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients, effectively communicating project timelines and delivering work that exceeds expectations.

About You

You are a talented designer with a passion for creating consumer-focused visuals that inspire action. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to everything you do. You’re not just a designer; you’re a creative problem solver with the technical expertise and adaptability to deliver exceptional results.

• Proven experience in design roles (agency, brand, or freelance) with a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• A collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships and isn’t afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed.
• Attention to detail, ensuring every design aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• An innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate creative outputs.
