The Credit Controller is a critical position within our Credit Services team and sits within our head office in Melbourne. It is responsible for the management of end-to-end credit functions, fulfilment of service levels, enhanced business user and customer experience, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes. 

 

 

You will contribute and support the Credit framework and to the build of an associated roadmap, aligned to overall Business Services strategy.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Support development and definition of the business user and customer experience strategy, as it relates to Credit, and support execution of the associated roadmap
  • Ensure adherence to agreed service quality and performance requirements of the Credit function, assist in defining and development of a Credit Reporting framework
  • Work closely with the Credit Team to support delivery of the Cash Collections, Claim resolution and strategy for each of the delivery channels
  • Understand and translate Credit priorities and direction to provide advice and guidance into customer and commercial operational excellence solutions
  • Provide support to clearly understand problems to solve and enable a best in class business solutions environment fully aligned to required business and organisational outcomes

 

 

About You

 

 

We are seeking an individual that truly values business and customer partnering to achieve operational excellence. An excellent communicator with demonstrated experience managing stakeholders from all levels of an organisation.

 

 

  • End-to-end commercial credit and reconciliations experience in FMCG industry is highly desirable
  • SAP experience is highly desirable
  • Strong service and process background
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes via 3rd party partnerships
