Your Impact

We're seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our Papakura site facilities. This role is integral in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by coordinating services such as reception, contractor inductions, maintenance tracking, and EHS administrative support. You’ll also play a key role in managing our permit-to-work system and act as a back-up for the Site Services Manager to maintain operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities services including cleaning, cafeteria, landscaping, and waste management
• Manage reception duties, new staff/contractor inductions, and maintain up-to-date induction records
• Administer and monitor the permit-to-work system and contractor compliance
• Support site security coordination, including access control and incident escalation
• Provide EHS support: PPE stock, incident admin, safety boards, and audit preparation
• Backfill Site Services Manager role during periods of leave to ensure continuity of service

About You

You’re a reliable coordinator with great attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and have experience juggling multiple priorities, working with vendors, and supporting EHS compliance.

• Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Health & Safety or equivalent experience
• Experience in facilities, site coordination, or administrative roles
• Experience working with contractors and an understanding of EHS and permit-to-work processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems
