We are seeking a proactive and insightful Senior Risk Analyst to join our Risk and Assurance team. You will play a critical role in embedding effective risk management practices across the business and ensuring that our risk profile supports strategic decision-making.

You will also support the Risk Team with any special reviews and requests from the AGH Risk Management Department in Japan. 

 

 

About the Role 

 

 

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and monitor strategic and operational risks, ensuring alignment with business goals and visibility through regular reporting. 

  • Support risk owners with periodic reviews, ensuring risk profiles and controls are accurate and up to date. 

  • Lead key risk indicators (KRI) analysis and deliver clear, high-quality reports that inform executive and senior leadership decision-making. 

  • Maintain the Risk Management System (AuditBoard – RiskOversight) to ensure reliable, up-to-date data and effective reporting. 

  • Support business continuity planning, ensuring business continuity risks are known and  plans are up-to-date. 

  • Contribute to special projects and audits, providing risk insights and fulfilling reporting needs. 

  • Drive continuous improvement to strengthen risk culture, capability, and the impact of risk communications. 

 

 

About You 

 

 

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, CRM) highly regarded. 

  • Strong experience in risk management, audit, or compliance roles. 

  • Strong knowledge in risk management principles, frameworks and business continuity practices. 

  • Strong and accurate data analysis and reporting skills, including ability to create management reports to senior leaders  

  • Able to work proactively, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex business environments. 

  • Familiar with analytical tools (e.g., PowerBi) and enterprise risk management systems.
