Your Impact
We are seeking an Internal Audit Senior to execute high-quality, risk-based audit reviews that add value across the business.
Working with the Internal Audit Manager, you will ensure that all planned reviews are completed in an efficient, high quality and timely manner, with a focus on adding value to the business.
You will work collaboratively with key regional stakeholders and their teams to undertake audits in a professional manner, whilst assisting to positively influence and develop Asahi Beverages risk culture. Your findings and recommendations will add value and improve the effectiveness of the control environment across the business.
You will also support the Internal Audit Team with any special reviews and audit requests from the AGH Internal Audit Department in Japan.
About the Role

Partner with the Internal Audit Manager to scope and deliver audit reviews, including interviews, walkthroughs, control testing, and data analytics.

Perform data analysis over transactional datasets to support control testing and assist with the effective and efficient management of key business risks.

Maintain clear and accurate electronic work papers, supporting audit findings and recommendations.

Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights and collaborative communication.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methods and programs to strengthen the management of key business risks.

Support broader initiatives including special audits, fraud investigations, and internal control inquiries as required.
About You

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIA, CPA, or CISA qualifications preferred.

Strong experience in internal audit or related experience, ideally within FMCG.

Strong knowledge of auditing ERP systems ((SAP)

Strong knowledge in audit methodologies across key business cycles O2C, D2C, P2P, R2R) and IT General Computer Controls

Skilled in risk assessment, controls evaluation, and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBi).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly and work independently.
