Your Impact
As our Key Account Manager – Clubs, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue and profit across the On-Premise Club channel. You’ll partner closely with key customers to understand their business, shape joint value opportunities, and bring to life best-in-class commercial and activation strategies. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence channel strategy, elevate execution standards, and deliver measurable growth across NSW/ACT.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across range, pricing, promotions and merchandising
- Build tailored customer and venue plans to drive category growth and optimise space and execution
- Deliver volume and revenue targets through strong commercial planning and S&OP alignment
- Lead promotional and activation planning, execution and performance review
- Manage and grow key customer relationships, from head office to venue level
- Monitor account performance, profitability and compliance to maximise ROI
- Partner with field sales teams to embed execution standards and drive in-venue excellence
- Represent the business across key industry bodies and build strong external networks
About You
- Experience in FMCG account management (e.g. KAE/NAE), managing large or complex customers
- Proven ability to deliver against sales and revenue targets using a structured, data-led approach
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability and revenue planning
- Confident negotiator with experience managing commercial agreements
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Degree in Business, Economics or Finance (preferred)
