Your Impact

In this leadership role reporting to the Artwork Compliance Manager, you’ll provide end to end artwork compliance and governance across Asahi Beverages’ non-alcohol packaging portfolio. You’ll lead and develop an artwork team, ensure regulatory and brand integrity across all packaging, and support new product development and operational excellence in a complex FMCG environment.

Fixed-Term role will be commencing in July (for approx 14 months)

Key Accountabilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the artwork team, building capability and consistency
• Own governance of artwork compliance across primary and secondary packaging
• Oversee artwork proofing for NPD, renovations, promotions and imports
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant artwork from draft to supplier sign‑off
• Manage artwork files, version control and digital asset systems
• Maintain and optimise key business systems (SKU database, Pageproof, DAM, GS1, CDS)
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement across artwork processes and workflows

About You

• Solid experience in an artwork, packaging or compliance‑related role
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of packaging artwork, print processes and substrates
• Experience with FMCG regulatory requirements (FSANZ knowledge preferred)
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident managing complex workflows and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and Adobe platforms
• Proactive, adaptable and solution‑focused mindset
